OUR CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
We meet on-site or virtually to understand the scope of work, assess conditions, and define your goals, timeline, and budget.
We define the full scope of work, detect any code issues, and prepare a detailed cost estimate with an estimated timeline and required inspections.
We prepare and/or coordinate the drawings, fill out all applications, and submit your permit package to the city for approval.
We track review progress, respond to city comments, revise plans if needed, and visit the city in person when required to move things forward.
Once approved, we organize the labor, order materials, and coordinate trades to begin work on schedule with safety and quality as top priorities.
We oversee the job site daily, ensure compliance with approved plans, schedule required inspections, and resolve any violations immediately.
We manage the final inspection process, correct punch-list items, and ensure that the job is fully signed off by the building department.
We deliver all final approvals, reports, photos, and documentation so you can confidently use or sell your improved property
